BigBites (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an online food ordering platform that connects customers with restaurants, food outlets, and delivery partners.
By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You shall not misuse our platform for fraudulent orders, false complaints, or illegal activities.
Account registration details (name, contact number, address, payment details) must be accurate. Any misuse may result in suspension of your account.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders once placed cannot be modified. Please check all details before confirming.
Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or cash on delivery (where available).
Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to restaurant preparation time, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions.
4. Delivery Policy
Delivery is subject to availability of serviceable areas.
In case of incorrect address/contact details provided, BigBites shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries.
Risk of food quality, temperature, and handling passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, content, images, and materials on BigBites are the intellectual property of BigBites.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
BigBites acts as a facilitator between customers and restaurants. We do not prepare the food ourselves.
While we strive to ensure quality, BigBites is not responsible for:
Errors in food preparation by partner restaurants
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or delivery constraints
Allergic reactions or health issues caused by ingredients (please check with the restaurant before ordering)
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
