Return & Refund Policy – BigBites

At BigBites, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in perishable food items, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. No Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

  • If you have concerns about food quality, please raise it with us immediately after delivery.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The order was not delivered due to restaurant/delivery partner cancellation.

  • Payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.

  • The food delivered was spoiled/unfit for consumption (with valid proof like photos).


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect delivery address/contact details provided by the customer

  • Delay due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Minor taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction not related to quality issues


4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as wallet credit or bank transfer.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing them, before restaurant acceptance.

  • Once the restaurant accepts the order, cancellations are not permitted.
