Return & Refund Policy – BigBites

At BigBites, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in perishable food items, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

If you have concerns about food quality, please raise it with us immediately after delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

The wrong item was delivered.

The order was not delivered due to restaurant/delivery partner cancellation.

Payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.
-
The food delivered was spoiled/unfit for consumption (with valid proof like photos).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in cases such as:

Change of mind after order confirmation

Incorrect delivery address/contact details provided by the customer

Delay due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control

Minor taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction not related to quality issues
4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued as wallet credit or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing them, before restaurant acceptance.

Once the restaurant accepts the order, cancellations are not permitted.
